Joe is a self-taught Piano Vocalist from Luton, England.
As the youngest of three, Joe always looked up to his family for musical inspiration. His older sister forced him to sit and watch films like Grease and Dirty Dancing. His brother introduced him to Reggae, Pop and Rock, and his Mum would often play Soul & Motown around the house.
His Grandad taught Joe's Dad to play the piano, and he then taught Joe that same Boogie-Woogie, Rock 'n' Roll style, which he still uses in his sets today. All three generations played by ear and were self-taught, without being able to read a note of music.
His Auntie ran a social club for many years, where Joe would sit and watch the "Old School" showmen work the room on a Saturday night, whilst singing crowd favourites. Joe would later go on to perform his first professional gig on that very stage.
After many years of performing in local amateur shows as a teen, Joe went on to study Musical Theatre at the North Hertfordshire Centre for the Arts. Since graduating in 2009, he has been fortunate to have worked for some of the largest names in hospitality and entertainment, including The Four Seasons, Grand Savoy, Marriott, Hard Rock, Thomas Cook, Sensatori, P&O Cruises, Fred Olsen, Cunard, Seabourn, Carnival, Princess and Bourne Leisure.
In 2017, after taking a break from working away, Joe co-founded a performing arts school in Surrey, where he taught Musical Theatre, Acting, and Vocal Coaching and took four musical theatre numbers to the All-England Championship Final.
Joe's voice has enabled him to travel the world, entertaining audiences with his unique, powerhouse vocals, cheeky personality & contagious smile.
